Your new role
You will be a key team player in the accounts team. This is a position for someone who has experience with Accounts Payable and is able to:
Answer client and contractor telephone & email enquiries
Liaise with creditors to ensure compliance with invoices
Undertake some data entry & reconciliation of reimbursements
Undertake twice-weekly payment runs to creditors of approved invoices
Report invoice exceptions
Provide and process improvement suggestions
Banking reconciliations
Undertake some journals and re-coding of invoices
Liaise with internal portfolio managers and clients
Data entry of portfolio budgets
Assist with end of month processes
Term Deposits-Assist with internal portfolio manager investment instructions and coordinate proactive reinvestment strategies and instructions
What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Accounts Officer, you will also have experience with:
Financial reporting
Internal client liaison
Accounts Payable experience
Software experience-Microsoft Office and Excel. (Software used is an in-house system which you will receive training with)
Excellent communication skills
