The Situation: 
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our friendly Accounting team in our head office. This is a 6 month contract position working Monday to Friday. ASAP start! 

Duties: Be responsible for the Australian based billing process Review of debtor ledgers and allocation of receipts. Debtor management of overdue accounts within the normal timeframes Review and allocate payments within the AP module. Assist with the weekly expense management.  Be responsible for developing expense management reports for review by Senior and Executive Management. SAP Concur reporting experience desired but not essential About You:  Previous experience working in a similar Accounts Officer position Highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines Attention to detail with demonstrated reconciliation skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel  Experience using SAP Concur beneficial  Apply Now or contact Danielle on
