Role Overview Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this Accounts Officer will be part of a tight-knit team.
On a day-to-day basis, you will have full function responsibility for the end-to-end accounts payable function.
You will be responsible for transaction processing, and completing daily reconciling alongside administrative support when required.
As a result, you'll be expected to have excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
You will liaise with suppliers and manage their accounts while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Prior experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable roles will be favourable.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic Accounts Officer who is rigorous and accurate in their work and enjoys collaborating with the team.
Roles and Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage exceptions and discrepancies in invoices, coordinating with Procurement.
Enter transactions promptly into the financial system.
Reconcile major supplier accounts and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and process payment documentation accurately.
Maintain organized filing of supplier documentation.
Update and manage the supplier database as per CFO-approved changes.
Complete credit applications according to company procedures.
Verify and process company credit card transactions.
Provide general administrative support including time sheets, utility analysis, and payroll verification, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.
Candidate Profile You have exposure to end-to-end accounts payable experience, and you will be strong with high volume reconciliations, great attention to detail, and accurate data entry.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You also have exposure to a Large ERP system and basic Excel skills.
You must hold a current police clearance and driver's license.
