Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer (3 days per week) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of organisation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and will play a key role in implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and manage accounts payable invoices, matching and processing purchase orders to ensure seamless payment workflows.Reconcile corporate credit card, and bank statements, maintaining our financial records up to date.Set up new suppliers, keep existing supplier information currentServe as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, ensuring customer accounts stay within credit terms.Handle customer account applications and process claims to guarantee a smooth experience for our clients.Distribute customer statements each month.Assist with administrative support, ad-hoc reporting, project-based tasks. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and provide quality customer service.Proficiency in Excel; experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects and follows through to completion.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, enabling effective handling of multiple tasks.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
