Why you will love this opportunity as Accounts Officer at CivicaAt Civica, we are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team as an Accounts Officer to join our PWM Finance team, supporting all Accounts and Finance functions in a professional and effective manner in line with company policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry across various systems, maintaining associated processes and procedures, and sharing knowledge within the corporate team and across the business unit as required.
Key responsibilities include:
Month-end reconciliations and Excel-based reportingReviewing Rolling Annual Customer Invoicing to ensure accuracy and revenue maximizationAssisting with Pricing Engines for low-value ordersProcessing customer amendments and cancellationsReviewing and processing all supplier costs (including COS and Overheads)Aiding with revenue collection while ensuring up-to-date comments in the Finance SystemRecognizing monthly service revenuePerforming month-end processes under strict timelinesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be a key aspect of this role.
Additionally, you will support new customer and supplier account setups, collaborate with the wider PWM team to ensure compliance with international processes and procedures, and provide back-up coverage for accounts staff during leave periods.
