It administers securitisation portfolios, investment and debt structures to protect the interests of our clients' investors.
The role involves building effective client relationships, acting on client instructions within required timeframes, and responding to various enquiries. Accounts administration tasks include issuing client correspondence, managing new users in various systems, resolving account-related queries, verifying documentation, and conducting due diligence. As a key support function, the role requires effective stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and ability to talk to clients on the phone.
About the role Build and maintain effective client relationships Act promptly on client instructions and respond to inquiries Provide timely information and reports to clients and stakeholders Manage bank account openings, closures, and user administration Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements Issue client correspondence and manage account-related queries Verify documentation and conduct due diligence Support Senior Management with operational improvements. About you Previous experience within a banking operations/administration role Ability to effectively manage and mitigate fraud and risk-related matters Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrated analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and quickly grasp new concepts An understanding of trusts and related documentation (highly regarded) Solid grasp of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations Strong knowledge of financial markets and the Financial Services Industry Understanding of Privacy Act obligations, relevant industry codes, and legislation.
