Accounts Clerk/Officer - Autorecruit

Monday - Friday Small team, support Multi-franchised dealer, family owned/operated Secure this great opportunity to jump in the thick of Automotive Administration.
A Deal Processor is required for the major processing centre for our client which is based on the south side of Brisbane.
The company is privately owned and operate multiple sites from the Gold Coast to Northern NSW region.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be required to.
Demonstrate prior experience in Automotive Deal Processing Be able to pull apart a deal, ensure compliance to process/procedure.
Ability to audit, assess & ensure all documentation is provided.
Be a stickler for completed paperwork.
Recognize any oversights and/or errors and rectify.
Calculate profit, commission payable.
Liaise with Sales Managers to ensure an agreed result.
Process to the general ledger, reconcile associated receivable & inventory, sale & cost of sale accounts.
DMS – Auto IT experience/skills (an advantage) Microsoft Office (word, excel) Ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail - essential.
A team player with excellent communication skills  Able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
