Snowy Mountains Laundry and Linen Hire is a commercial laundry and linen hire business serving hotels, hospitality, and holiday accommodations with customized linen and laundering services. Known for high customer satisfaction, we offer fast, on-site processing with options for bulk or tailored linen configurations. We are currently looking for qualified Accounts Clerks to join our growing team. As an Accounts Clerk, you would be responsible for handling and processing documentation for accounts payable and receivable, as well as undertaking the following duties:
Ensuring efficient record management and timely reconciliation of payments. Conducting invoice reconciliations and coordinating payments, verifying accuracy in all financial transactions. Analysing costs related to proposed expenses, wages, and standard operational costs to support budget planning and financial forecasting. Performing bank reconciliations and allocating expenditures to appropriate budget accounts, keeping records aligned with financial goals. Summarizing and tracking financial inflows and outflows, preparing clear reports on total expenditures, receipts, and profit margins. Compiling cost data to aid in the preparation of operating budgets, profit and loss reports, and pricing strategies. This position reports to the Director.
Minimum Requirements: AQF Certificate II or III in a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
