Duties will include: Purchase Orders/ Invoices Accounts Payable and Receivable Data Entry Bank Reconciliation Payroll/ Superannuation/ Return to Work Maintain Asset/ Depreciation Schedule General Data Entry duties as required General Administrative Duties Requirements: Previous experience with Accounting Software (Reckon Accounting Software) Experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivable High level of computer literacy and experience in MS office Ability to prioritize, work independently, efficiently and effectively with good time management skills Self-motivated logical thinker with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
