Accounts Assistant

Community based organisation with multiple sites across Queensland have a rare opportunity to join their Finance team based in Tingalpa.

The Role Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include: Multiple bank reconciliations (problem solving between Finance and Site Operations) Dealing with customer payments, banking, receipting and allocating of payments Debtor management and reporting Month end accounts reconciliations General ledger journals and reconciliations Assisting with process improvements and streamlining About You The successful candidate will have/be: A relevant tertiary qualification, Diploma or Degree Well developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to problem solve and investigate discrepancies Strong ERP systems experience and Intermediate Excel Strong all-round accounting knowledge What's on Offer?
