Job DescriptionMaintain and reconcile customer accountsGenerate reports on accounts receivable statusEnsure timely payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balancesPerform bank reconciliationsProcess and manage cancellationsInvestigate unresolved issuesCollaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiriesQualificationsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsUnderstanding of the accounts receivable function or previous experience in an accounts environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, including Word and ExcelAbility to multi-task and prioritize daily workloadPlease note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
