Let's talk about this role Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, the Accounts and Administration Officer (AAO) is a vital member of the Kynd Community Team.
This role will help ensure the efficient and accurate management of Kynd platform financial transactions, compliance, and other admin processes.
The AAO plays a crucial role in upholding Kynd's commitment to financial integrity, compliance with relevant legislation and providing excellent service to both Members and Support Workers.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, experience with financial systems, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
This is a part-time role requiring between 15-20 per week, spread over 5 days as a minimum.
Let's talk about you Ability to work the schedule required to perform the role (5 days, minimum) Experience using Xero and CRM systems Proficient in Google suites and/or MS Office Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work effectively in an agile and dynamic environment ?
