We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for an Accounts Administrator to support the Finance Department with a focus on accounts receivable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by the Finance Manager. Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and ensure discrepancies are resolved. Provide administrative support to the finance department, including document filing, data entry, and communication with clients. Comply with and promote EMS policies, including financial reporting standards, risk management, and workplace safety. Support the accounts receivable team in processing customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing overdue payments. Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, and payment follow-up. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
