Accounts Administrator

Your new company


Our client is a leading transport and logistics company based in Perth's eastern suburbs. Their accounts team is currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join them on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. You will join a company with an excellent culture, a supportive team and offers flexible working arrangements.


Your new role Accurate and timely entering of invoices and processing of EFT payment runs Reconciling supplier statements Create new supplier accounts Assist with month-end activities debt collection activities when required General administrative and clerical support Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and ordering of stationery and staff uniforms Prepare and pay weekly registrations Assist with Ad hoc Administration as required What you'll need to succeed


In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in an accounts and administration position. You will have excellent organisation, communication and priorisation skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar industry would be desired, but this is not essential.
