Tasks & Responsibilities: Accounts payable data entryMonthly finance reporting Timesheet/payroll processing / reportingSubcontractor ReportingReconciliation of accountsReceivables follow upMonthly creditor reconciliationAd hoc administrative tasks About You: Excellent attention to detailProficient communicator – written and verbalPrevious experience in a similar roleHighly organisedTeam-playerStrong MS Office skillsPrevious experience with Xero / Procore advantageous but not criticalAbility to work autonomously but also as part of a dynamic teamMust have high level of integrity, due to confidential information Skills & Experience: Xero – experience preferred but not essentialMicrosoft Office – Intermediate / AdvancedAttention to detail
