About us Bunbury City Glass has been supply and installing glass, mirrors, shower screens, splash backs, windows, doors and other related items to homes and businesses in Bunbury and the surrounding areas from Harvey to Manjimup, Augusta and everywhere in between for over thirty years.  We help with information and discuss options for their new home or renovation. We work with building companies, real estate agents and home owners
Permanent Part -time  Hours are flexible ideally 2/3 days a week. Fridays from 8am/9am - 2:30pm are required. We would be happy to discuss hours/days to accommodate the right candidate.
Duties Accounting function including accounts payable & receivables; maintaining accurate
and up-to-date financial records; bank reconciliations and generating financial reports
as required.     
Monitor company bank account and cash flow reconciliations.
Prepare and action accounts receivable reports focusing on prompt payment.
Processing payroll and managing employee leave and entitlements?
Provide administrative support to the team in all areas of office administration
functions such as internal sales.  
Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement.
Position Criteria 
Proficient in the use of accounting systems including the processing of payroll. 
Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
