Accounts Administrator

East Coast Group offers Piling & Geotechnical services to South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our small team at Acacia Ridge.
Key Responsibilities of the role include: Processing invoices and subcontractor payment claimsAccounts Payable and ReceivableDaily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll assistanceManaging month-end proceduresAssist with reconciliation of GL accounts and other adhoc reportingProviding administrations support to the broader businessTo be successful for this role you must have: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles      Positive, friendly personality with a desire to learn and a great attitudeStrong understanding of MYOB accounting softwareProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to prioritise and manage time effectivelyBe a team player with the ability to work autonomously
