Accounts Administrator

Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs Accounts Administration  Lawson Elliott is excited to be working alongside a well-recognized organization who are looking to welcome in an Accounts Administrator into their team.
This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is well driven and has a willingness to develop, works well autonomously and wants to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Your role will encompass a wide variety of general administration and accounts support tasks.
Reporting to the Area Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Weekly and Monthly Reporting High-volume data entry into CRM's Bank Reconciliations  Managing incoming phone calls, emails and all other communications Records management related tasks such as file sorting, renaming and correspondence management Ad hoc duties as required To be considered for this role: Great written and verbal communication Outstanding customer service skills Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel highly desired Prior experience within high-volume data entry advantageous If this opportunity sounds like your next role, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
