About the Team The Operations Team at Tabcorp encapsulates our three iconic brands: TAB, SKY Racing and MAX.
Together we help support operations both within Tabcorp and in thousands of pubs, clubs and agencies across the country.

About the Role In this important role you'll manage the financial administration of subcontractor and customer contracts primarily relating to our MAX business unit which works with our 3-rd party gaming partners such as clubs and pubs.
Specifically, in your role you will: identify billable revenue and submit billing files to customers for review and approval; raise invoices to customers and pay subcontractor invoices; code invoices, approvals, purchase receipts and payments; provide internal stakeholders with revenue allocations and accrual information; develop written revenue billing procedures and provide training to relevant staff; liaise with internal and external stakeholders on billing and invoicing issues; and assist with ad hoc matters including subcontractor on-boarding and billing related projects.
What you'll bring As an Accounts Administrator, you'll have well-developed financial administration skills ideally developed in a billing, accounts payable or similar type role dealing with both customers and staff.
You'll possess a strong customer focus and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
