Accounts Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with general accounting tasks.

Duties
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software such as Xero.
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software like Xero.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
