Working with an enthusiastic and skilled finance team, led by an energetic Finance Controller, the role is involved in the following:
Accounts ReceivableEnd to end responsibility for a delegated range of debtors.Creation of delivery dockets, invoices, and statements Maintaining registers, databases and client portals by entering data (eg dates) and/or uploading service reports, client-specific documentation and invoices.Customer liaison to resolve account discrepancies.EOM process support.Accounts PayableVerifying manual payment register and online banking manual payments.Supplier statement reconciliation.Follow-up with external suppliers as required, to resolve identified issues.EOM reconciliation process support.About You 2+ years experience required covering a similar range of tasksBasic to Intermediate proficiency with Excel Proficient in Account system usage (Microsoft Great Plains an advantage)Independent time management, achieving processing deadlinesTrue team member with the willingness to help othersAbout Us We are one of Australia's leading water treatment companies, with a proud history spanning over 40 years.
