Our business is a high-end designer furniture company with offices in all states of Australia and we are currently looking for someone with a diverse range of administrative skills to cover  accounts, administration and reception duties.
About the role
This position will see you providing quality customer service and accounting and administrative support to our small and energetic team.
Reporting to the Finance manager, you'll be responsible for a broad range of activities including but not limited to:
Accounts Assistant duties
?  Preparation of Purchase orders
?  Entering Supplier Invoices into MYOB
?  Monthly Suppliers Reconciliation
?  Weekly Bank Reconciliation
?  Preparation and follow up of Sales Invoices
Administrative duties
?  Maintenance of Electronic and paper records
?  Filing (including archiving and destruction of records – keeping accurate records of
archives)
?  Maintaining, Ordering Office Supplies and Stationery
?  Liaising with and organising office maintenance suppliers (e.g. cleaners, stationery,
couriers)
?  Provision of Administrative support as and when needed
Reception duties
?  Greeting clients, so personal presentation and great customer service is important
?  Answering and directing phone calls promptly
?  Keeping the reception area clean and tidy

?  Excellent communication skills including dealing with a broad spectrum of people and customers
?  Positive outlook and the ability to multitask with a smile
?  Friendly and approachable
?  Team player
Essential skills
?  Accounting Software/Accounts Experience (work or university)
?  Ability to manage unpredictable and varying workloads and prioritise accordingly
?  Accuracy and attention to detail
?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional telephone manner
?  Experience with CRM Database Software – preferred
