Accounts / Admin Officer

Citygate Properties is a property management company that has been developing and managing commercial properties in the Bunbury market for over 30 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts / Admin Officer to join our team based at the Homemaker Centre.
Your new role Reporting to the Company Accountant, you will be responsible for a mixture of accounts and administrative duties. This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday.
The role includes:
Full function accounts payable and accounts receivable Daily bank reconciliations, bookkeeping duties and inter-company ledger maintenance Communicating with tenants and suppliers to resolve accounts related queries Reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting customers in the reception area Compiling data and reports to on-charge costs to tenants Backup for fortnightly payroll processing and other accounts duties Contributing to continuous improvement in policies and processes What you'll need to succeed You will have:
Minimum 3 years accounts experience Excellent verbal and written skills Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail Excellent time management and organisational skills Experience in high volume reconciliations working across multiple companies Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and the ability to learn new software Experience working with Xero is desirable Whilst not essential, Accounting, Business or Admin qualifications would be highly regarded APPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2024
