Your learnings
• Set up and customize a Xero dashboard
• Manage chart of accounts and handle invoice imports
• Set up bank accounts, reconcile transactions, and use bank rules
• Manage business contacts and customize invoice settings
• Create and track purchase orders and supplier bills
• Generate and analyse financial reports
• Manage client projects, including time tracking and profitability analysis
• Process expense claims using Xero Expense
• Set up and manage fixed assets, including depreciation
• Make manual journal adjustments and export data
• Set up Xero Payroll, including pay items, leave, and superannuation
• Manage employee details and process payroll
• Implement Single Touch Payroll (STP) as per ATO requirements
• Handle termination payments and run payroll reports
• Set up automated superannuation payments
• Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable to record payment and income
• Process Payroll for a large number of employees and calculate their leaves based on fixed calculation methods, manual methods, and ordinary earnings methods, and also process their superannuation.
• Assist in Business Activity Statement (BAS) and calculate GST, PAYG, and FBT.
• Prepare cost centre analysis reports with the help of pivot tables and offer recommendations to improve.
• Work on Fixed Assets Register (FAR) in Excel and XERO, and run depreciation on those assets.
• Process Inventory for the business and help in year-end stock-take and adjustments.
