OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.DutiesPerform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.Assist with budgeting activities and prepare financial reports as needed.Utilize accounting software such as UltiPro, ADP, Sage, Xero, and Ceridian for daily operations.Maintain organized records of all financial documents and transactions.Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.Support payroll processing using Kronos and other relevant systems.Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.ExperiencePrevious experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.Proficiency in accounting software such as UltiPro, ADP, Sage, Xero, or Ceridian is highly desirable.Strong skills in account analysis, account reconciliation, budgeting, and general bookkeeping practices.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Familiarity with payroll systems like Kronos will be considered an asset.If you are passionate about numbers and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our finance team.Job Types : Full-time, PermanentPay : $19.00-$27.00 per hourExpected hours : 40 per weekBenefits :Life insuranceOn-site parkingFlexible language requirement : French not requiredSchedule : Monday to FridayExperience : Accounting: 1 year (required)Work Location : In personExpected start date : 2024-12-02#J-18808-Ljbffr
