Accounting And Taxation Client Advisor

The Job Details
We are looking for a Client Advisor with 6 or more years' experience in a professional accounting firm.
Client Advisors in our team:

Complete 1st reviews of all financial statements
Have a comprehensive understanding of Division 7A and the ability to provide strategies for compliance
Analytically review own and the team's client work to look for client opportunities and risks
Research technical matters and collate relevant information to allow further decisions
Draft advice for the client on a range of financial, taxation and investment matters for Partner review
Competently be able to review and sign off of all client work completed by team members
Actively contribute in client meetings or be able to conduct a client meetings with minimal partner involvement depending on experience
Management of client list without support inclusive of relationship, turnaround of client work/tasks and WIP management
Providing technical assistance and training to team members as and when required
Be able to champion innovation ideas for the team
Active contributions to workplace groups
Mentoring of team members

Essential Criteria
We will provide training on our existing processes; however the applicant must have:

6+yrs experience working in an Accounting firm
CA qualified
Desire to lead and work collaboratively in a professional team focussed on continuous improvement
Desire to educate and mentor others in the team
Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
