Job tasks and responsibilities The role includes the following responsibilities:
Answer and reception to incoming phone calls including looking after visitors and clients.
Client records in relation to incoming/outgoing mail and scanning/saving of information received.
Collating client correspondence in relation to finalised BAS, Year end and other financial reports for signing.
Contacting clients in relation to information required and following up as needed.
Attend to monitoring of office environment, stationary and errands as required.
Skills and experience The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience in an administration role is essential.
Experience using Excel, Word, PDF docs or similar and willingness to learn Xero Practice Manager, FYI document manager and KarbonHQ.
Have a passion for providing high quality administration.
Professional manner and good communication skills.
Experience in working to deadlines and time management skills.
