What You'll DoReview, investigate and provide timely insights on Business Unit P&L and associated warehouse-to-store balance sheet accountsPerform month-end reconciliations with a clear description of outstanding items, supporting documentation and an action plan for clearanceEnsure financial controls are in place and reviewed regularly to comply with accounting policies and standardsDrive initiatives and strategies for continual improvement of processes and perform User Acceptance Testing for any changes to the System EnvironmentWhat You'll BringCA or CPA qualification, or working towards, coupled with 1+ years relevant experience (retail/large corporate an advantage)Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) as well as an enthusiasm to learn new systems including SAP, GCP, BPCAbility to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience; strong presentation and storyboarding skillsAbility to synthesize large amounts of data from a variety of sourcesAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment with a lot of ambiguity and attend to shifting prioritiesWhat You'll ExperienceOur Team Members are at the heart of everything we do and we're always looking for ways to support your career journey and reward great work:
