About the role Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will as a Mine Accountant be: Leading the operational forecast and budget processes for each end of month reports Developing financial reports to enhance operational knowledge and business value.
Monitor, analyse on cost performance against forecast/budget.
Facilitate monthly cost review meets with Department Managers.
Assist budget holders with variance analysis for operational and capital expenditure.
Balance sheet reconciliations AFE and capital reporting Gold Shipments Key Requirements For Success Tertiary qualification in accounting, preferably with CIMA/CPA or professional accounting membership.
4+ years accounting and reporting experience within the mining & resources industry.
