Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, Boldbridge Group manages 2 modern Community Clubs, Nambour RSL Club and The Bower Tree. Both venues have enviable growth records with a commitment of service to its 35,000 members and the Sunshine Coast community.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will be looking to gain experience in processing timely, efficient, and accurate management accounts and gain an understanding of the internal workings of the business.

You will be an enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic person who is looking to join our friendly Finance team on a full-time basis. You will be a team player with the skills and the get-up-and-go to make things happen in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Your Role Will Entail a Combination of the Following Responsibilities:
Oversee supplier invoices and payments
Bank account reconciliations
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
Execute and process stock takes
Assist with end-of-month (EOM) and end-of-financial-year (EOFY) reconciliations and reporting
Process daily and weekly transactions and collate key operating metrics
Assist with weekly payroll processing and reporting
Experience with Payroll, Point of Sale, and Financial Management software systems is preferred
Work closely with the Financial Controller and broader team across our two clubs to fulfill your duties
General administration duties and ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Attributes:
Preferred experience with Xero and payroll systems
Completed or completing a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business or minimum 10 years' experience working in an administration or finance team
Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to adhere to competing timelines and adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A flexible and solution-focused mindset
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Required to work the occasional public holiday and weekend
