What this opportunity involves: We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Supervisor to join our Facilities Management on Demand (FMOD) team.
This role is crucial in providing on-account assistance through FMOD support services to our Accounts Business.
Overview of the role: Manage work order support, including Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules in Corrigo. Supervise a team of casual staff, overseeing day-to-day operations and resourcing requirements. Oversee asset management setup and reporting. Provide vendor management support. Coordinate administrative tasks and support FMOD team. Analyze data and generate reports. Liaise with stakeholders and manage service requests. Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: Experience in Facilities Management required. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
