Job snapshot:As an Account Manager in Wonde's Datasync Team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the ultimate client experience, with the key focus on enhancing the impact of our solutions for our Application Partners.
You will work with the Datasync sales team to ensure a seamless handover as you look to onboard each Application Partner with attention to detail that exceeds their expectations.
Your role will see you at the centre of each client's success as they strive to expand the network of schools support via their Wonde connection.
Your attention will be centred around building and strengthening existing relationships, while collaborating closely with the broader Sales, Support and Integrations Teams to ensure our Application Partners thrive in their partnership with Wonde.
What you'll be doing:Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through exceptional customer service, providing professional and credible guidance that champions best practices.Engage with clients to understand their unique needs, articulate the value our products bring, and support them in unlocking their full potential.Support stakeholders through successful integrations, onboarding, and ongoing success, becoming their trusted partner every step of the way.Work closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.Act as a voice for the client, advocating for an outstanding app experience and ensuring continuous improvement.Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn, strengthen loyalty, and foster long-term partnerships.Resolve complaints efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues across the internal teams.Discover and execute opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, helping clients achieve more with our products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and marketing initiatives to align with client needs and drive business growth.Use data and analytics to better understand customer behavior and inform strategic decision-making.Continuously look for ways to innovate, streamline processes, and enhance how we deliver value to clients.Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.Master the full scope of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value and meet diverse customer needs.Stay informed about trends in edtech, market changes, and government initiatives that may influence the industry and our clients.Uphold Wonde's values and represent our brand with pride and professionalism in all interactions.What we're hoping you'll bring:Proven track record in a proactive sales role.A background in education and/or education technology (preferable, but not essential).The ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring maximum customer growth in all areas.The desire to take ownership and work autonomously to achieve defined outcomes.The ability to prioritise your workload and effectively task manage in order to ensure deadlines are met.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with a high degree of attention to detail.A balanced attitude towards individual and team success to ensure we are all driving towards the common goal.An enthusiastic and dynamic flair to your work, with a desire to continually achieve and motivate others through their own behaviour.A self-starter mindset who demonstrates a proactive approach to their work, yet isn't afraid to ask questions.The desire to learn and take on new challenges with an open mind, always looking to identify and embrace new ideas.What you'll get:Wonde is much more than just a place to work.
