About the Role As the Senior Partnerships Manager at Compare Club, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the company's market position.
This role goes beyond traditional partnership management—it's about identifying and creating innovative, strategic alliances that propel our growth and set us apart in the market.
You will play a pivotal role in building high-impact partnerships, challenging conventional thinking, and pushing the boundaries to unlock new opportunities.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to craft partnerships that align with Compare Club's broader business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include developing out-of-the-box strategies, negotiating agreements, and driving tangible results through creative solutions.
This role calls for strategic vision, and a passion for delivering exceptional strategies that maximise the value of partnerships for both Compare Club and its partners.
Key Accountabilities  Develop and execute forward-thinking partnership strategies that drive business growth and enhance market presence.
Forge and maintain successful relationships with key partners.
Monitor and report on partnership performance, pivoting and optimising as needed to exceed business targets.
Accurately forecast opportunities and maximize existing partnerships by understanding our partners' businesses and strategic priorities.
Build and grow your sales pipeline using creative, tailored approaches.
Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure sustainability, profitability, and long-term revenue.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnerships with business goals.
Research and identify new partnership opportunities, leveraging insights and a strong understanding of the Australian financial services market.
Identify and mitigate partnership risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Manage the budget for partnership activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team.
About You Proven experience in strategic partnership management, with a track record of delivering innovative, high-impact partnerships in the B2B2C space.
Extensive experience in building and growing sales pipeline with demonstrated success in accurately sizing and forecasting opportunities.
Experience building leading and executing strategies in the partnership space Experience leading and executing partnership strategies, with knowledge and a network in financial services or related industries is advantageous Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to secure mutually beneficial, long-term agreements.
Strong relationship-building and management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
