About the position: We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Residential Sales Team. This role is designed for someone passionate and hungry for sales, who thrives on working on lead generation and getting out and working with our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our regional customers.
This is a full-time opportunity, based at Rockhampton site with regular day-to-day travel required.

Key Responsibilities Hit the ground running looking after active accounts, with the opportunity to scale and increase accounts.Customer focus role, mindset of being the market leader in our niche.Customer and cross-functional visits face to face, KPIs and strategy to be your best!Working with Salesforce CRM- Admin team to support you.Budget focus, tech-savvy and resilience required in a competitive environment!Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Stramit to ensure strong customer service delivery.To be considered for this role, we're looking for… Prior experience and strong skills in sales is crucial.Familiarity with the industry is advantageous, although role forming experience is not crucial.Strong experience in relationship building with fantastic customer-centric outcomes.Experience with CRMs, strong admin skills (We use Salesforce).Collaborative and supportive team player who can work independently as well.Experience in driving sales, with a hunting mentality.Most important part… why work with us?
