Dealer Studio is a leading Australian provider of eCommerce software solutions for the Automotive industry. We work with some of the largest automotive dealerships and dealership groups across Australia and are also partnered with multiple vehicle manufacturers.
Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of Dealer Studio to our clients, managing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not essential; we're primarily looking for someone with strong account management experience, a passion for client success, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced demands of our industry.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Understand client needs, provide insights into Dealer Studio's solutions, and effectively communicate product features to meet client objectives. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and goals. Client Retention & Satisfaction: Proactively identify ways to enhance the client experience and drive satisfaction to encourage retention and upsell opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor client performance metrics, provide regular updates, and address any areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of account management or client services experience; experience in the automotive sector is desired but not essential. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and insights. Analytical Ability: Proficient in interpreting client performance data and recommending actionable improvements. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
