Account Manager - Production Print

This role is responsible for growing Konica Minolta's market share of Production Print in an assigned territory. You will utilise professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business and an existing customer base. The successful person in this role will have a customer centric approach with an ability to understand the customer's business, identify their business needs and tailor our integrated print management and software solutions to meet their needs and enhance the customer experience. This will be demonstrated by a candidate's passion for innovative technologies and solutions.
Ideal Candidate To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts Maintain & regularly update CRM Manage the day to day activity of complex clients, including order processing, customer meetings and quarterly business review meetings Great written and verbal communication skills Articulate solutions for Tender response Develop action plans to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services Proven Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts Demonstrable presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with CRM applications Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones Ability to work autonomously and part of a team Who are we looking for?
