We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual in English and Mandarin Account Manager with experience in the Pharma sector to join our Sydney team. This individual will be energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to the success of our clients and the business.
Core Responsibilities: Exceed quarterly sales revenue targets through upselling and growing existing subscriptions. Identify new revenue growth opportunities within the client base by addressing real client needs. Develop account plans with both short and long-term revenue goals to maximize the potential of our solutions. Provide accurate sales forecasts to management as needed. Conduct meetings and deliver impactful presentations to senior management, positioning our full range of services as meaningful solutions. Prepare high-quality proposals and negotiate successful renewals and growth. Offer valuable client feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams. Collaborate with Sales, Analysts, Customer Success, Relationship Managers, Marketing, and Consultancy teams to deliver the full value of our solutions to clients. Manage the pipeline of business opportunities from initiation through to delivery. Maintain professionalism and uphold our company's values at all times. Capabilities and Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar or related field. Experience managing and growing revenues in excess of $1m within accounts. Strong commercial acumen, with a deep interest in and knowledge of the Pharma sector. Proven ability to engage C-level decision-makers and coordinate activities on major accounts. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate meetings, and deliver high-impact presentations. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team. Job Requirements: Minimum of a degree-level education. Experience in Account Management, with a focus on upselling and renewals. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Experience selling into the China market is essential.
