About the Role: As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, ensuring the seamless execution of media campaigns across both offline and digital channels. Strategic Collaborator : Work with Account Directors to align media strategies with client business goals. Innovative Solution Provider : Develop creative, data-driven solutions tailored to each client's needs across offline and digital channels. Negotiation Expert : Handle media negotiations, planning, tracking, and reporting with precision. Partnership Builder : Forge strong partnerships with media partners and internal specialist units. Mentor & Guide : Share best practices and provide guidance to Account Executives and Coordinators. Quality Assurance : Ensure all deliverables and communications are top-notch. Data Analyst : Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and uncover trends. Multi-Tasking Pro : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease. Tech Savvy : Utilize industry planning and reporting technologies effectively. What You'll Bring: Experience : Minimum 3+ years in a media role, with a proven track record of managing staff within a media agency or similar field. Versatility : Experience across both offline (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) and digital media channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Partnerships, Events). Communication Skills : Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive Mindset : A self-starter who is clear, proactive, and effective in communication. Analytical Ability : Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with industry planning and reporting technologies (e.g., Roy Morgan, ASTEROID5, Fusion, ETAM, ERAM, Microsoft Office). Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of industry ad products, specifications, and file formats.
