The objective is to effectively manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Manage an account of existing clients, including tow truck and collision repairer companies.Engage with existing clients over the phone and face-to-face to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.Inform and educate referrers on initiatives, procedures, and points of difference.Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.Handle feedback/complaints and implement problem-solving strategies to resolve referrer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.About You: Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude!).Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.Apply Now: If you, or anyone you know is a self-driven and motivated Account Manager passionate about building strategic relationships and driving growth, click APPLY and our Recruitment Team will connect with you!
