At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk.About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a book of accounts where you'll build relationships with your customers to anticipate their needs and ensure retention, allowing for timely renewals and identification of upsell and product cross-sell opportunities. Working with the Business Development Manager, you'll bring these deals to a close.This is a permanent full-time role based in Chatswood, Sydney head office with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesBuilding solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive guidance and supportDeveloping and implementing customer success strategies to drive adoption and retentionCollaborating with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfactionIdentifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clientsMonitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing any potential issues or concernsGathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experienceRequirementsEntry level with 2 years of experience in an account management roleBe adept at building and maintaining lasting client relationshipsPossess excellent communication and presentation skillsBe skilled in problem-solving and able to think strategically about customer needsHave experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product developmentBe able to work in a team environment supporting one or more Business Development ManagersBe results-driven and able to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goalsPossess a deep understanding of SaaS or technology productsBe proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, experience in SalesForce is desired but not requiredFinancial Crime Compliance or Fraud Prevention or Data/Technology will be preferred industries but open to any otherWe are looking to fill this role as soon as possible – apply now to be considered.Thank you for your interest.At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
