About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Account Manager is based in our St Mary's office and will play a crucial role in delivering timely service and response to our customers across the NSW region.
There will be ad hoc travel to our Newcastle branch network, and for a large percentage of your work week, you will be on the road.
This role will involve servicing current Buildsafe customers, with an opportunity to expand your portfolio through new acquisitions.
Responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service satisfaction through understanding and delivering upon customer requirementsSupporting the growth of the NSW business through an increase in jobs wonMaintaining a strong brand presence and reputation in how you deliver businessManaging your own client records and contracts, requiring strong administrative skillsQualifications
To be successful in this key role, we are looking for:
Previous experience in building services or construction; candidates with residential construction industry experience will be highly regardedPrevious experience in an Account Management or Sales capacity, specifically a relationship-based approach to dealing with customersExceptional ability to communicate, influence, and foster relationshipsA natural flair and energy for sales, which is self-motivatedAbility to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlinesCommercial awarenessBenefits of working at Buildsafe
