This will be a hybrid role with 3 days from our brand new office (Macquarie Park) and 2 days remote as work from home. The office is in a high profile, modern campus featuring outstanding amenity including a child care, gymnasium, large licensed café, metered street parking available for visitors and new end of trip facilities including showers, lockers and change rooms.
Conveniently located within walking distance to Macquarie Park Railway/metro station and bus stops as well as paid parking availability. The property also benefits from its proximity to the M2 Motorway providing a direct link to Sydney's CBD, Hills District, North Sydney and South to the airport via the Eastern Distributor.
About The Role:If you are looking for a dynamic role in client account management within the real estate industry then this is for you! As an Account Manager you will help clients go through the buying process and help guide them through questions regarding the property specifics and process. You will work as part of a team to ensure the buying process is streamlined and everything runs smoothly through to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while you field their questions about the buying processLiaise with the sourcing and property management team to make sure clients are kept up to date about the process and key datesEnsure client satisfaction through effective communicationOnboard new clients by introducing them to the servicesProvide administration and operation support to the teamSkills/Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in similar role in real estateAn understanding of how the buying process worksSelf-driven with a can-do attitudeJoin our Team We are Australia's fastest growing buyer's agency, see open positions.

If you are looking for a dynamic role in new client onboarding and sales within the real estate industry then this is for you! As a Sales consultant you will speak to warm and cold leads and either pre-qualify, nurture and/or help educate people about our service with the view to sign them up to our BA service.
