With access to SCA's product suite, including LiSTNR, Hit, and Triple M Networks, you will ensure that you leverage all possible revenue opportunities to meet your monthly targets. What you'll be doing:Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client specific needs and a pro-active approach to maximising revenue through customer focused selling.Proactively prospect and search for new clients and business opportunities.To consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.Maintain and grow client portfolio within Independent Agencies and Direct businesses.Pro-actively maximise revenue opportunities through identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.Continually and pro-actively develop knowledge and expertise of the Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment.Develop and maintain a system for organising priorities and activities to ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve revenue goals.Experience we're looking for:2 years sales experience with consistent and proven results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to take initiative and generate new business opportunities.A forward-thinking sales mindset driven by tenacity and adaptability.A desire to build strong relationships with clients, and internal stakeholders.Genuine interest in the media market and a passion for all things sales!We are a values driven organisation - if you genuinely live and breathe our values, you'll be a great addition to SCA.We're Better TogetherPeople are our PowerAlways CuriousWe Push Doors OpenBe GenuineStill not convinced?Head to our TikTok, , for a sneak peak into some of the fun we have at SCA!Keen?
