We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our Manpower Specialist Federal Government recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success.As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our Federal Government clients in Canberra.
While recruitment and management of Government Scribes will be part of your responsibilities, your main emphasis will be on understanding and meeting the unique needs of our Government clients by selling in the many benefits of ManpowerGroup's unbundled services.You will be involved in pricing negotiations (by the hour or project), sourcing high demand Government Scribes, scheduling interviews, sitting on government recruitment panels and drawing up candidates reports.Working with existing Canberra Federal Government clients and further growing the Canberra client base, you will be responsible for engaging with key decision makers and stakeholders to develop new opportunities within the account.You will be responsible for developing new business within your current portfolio and maintaining the current relationships and status quo account managing the additional accounts you bring in.You will need to strategically map your clients so you can ensure you have a full understanding of their needs and requirements.You will work closely with our Recruitment Delivery team to ensure they have a full understanding of our clients' requirements so they can deliver the highest quality candidates and service to the accounts.You will work side by side with the Candidate Engagement team to maximise our candidate's experience with both our organisation and our client.Develop and maintain industry networks and your personal brand.In order to be considered for this exciting role you should have:Previous experience selling unbundled recruitment services.Confidence and an excellent can-do attitude.Experience in Account Management.Ability to deep dive into a client's ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs.Sales and client relationship management experience preferred.Demonstrated relationship building skills.What's In It For You?An industry-leading commission scheme that is uncapped.Ongoing Training and Development - what do you want your career to look like?Employee referral program.Wellness day 1 per Quarter and your birthday day off.Free access to expert and confidential advice, counselling and support.Opportunity to work with a highly experienced and proven Regional Manager.Hybrid work environment.If you would like to be a part of ManpowerGroup, please APPLY now.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and Human ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
