Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media) Full time We are currently working on an exciting hire for an Account Manager/SAM for a leading creative agency, based in Brisbane up to $110k p/a + super (with bonuses dependent on performance).

As an Account Manager, you will partner with recognised brands to make an impact on their growth through strategic roadmapping and delivery.

You will plan, budget, and manage creative and strategic projects. This will be the perfect role for an AM/SAM who wants to make a real impact on the client and their career.

Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Be accountable for all client activity including scopes, tasks, and projects. Define client outcomes and work collaboratively with the team to oversee the delivery of tasks. Solve problems creatively, whilst thinking outside the box. Maintain a client roadmap, presenting opportunities to improve business inefficiencies. Qualifications: 2-3 years minimum in a similar account management role in the digital space. Proven experience in campaign delivery. Able to work in an agile environment. Organisational skills are key to the role. Build great relationships, be a great communicator, and enjoy solving problems. Process driven, with strong planning and organisation skills. Experience with e-commerce growth mindset. Ability to translate complex requirements into clear outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
