Join our growing team as an Account Manager with The Neilsen Group. In this full-time role based in Stapylton managing territory from Logan City to the Scenic Rim, Queensland, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and results.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive growth and retention with existing clientsMaintain regular communication and build strong relationships with key stakeholdersIdentify new opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clientsCollaborate cross-functionally to coordinate the delivery of projects and initiativesProvide regular reporting and analysis on account performance and healthSupport the sales team with proposals and presentations to prospective clientsChampion the Neilsen brand and values in all client interactionsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in an account management or client relationship role, ideally within the sales/marketing industryProven ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiateExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify growth opportunitiesProficient in CRM systems and using data to inform account strategiesOrganized and disciplined approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlinesPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and adding value to clientsExperience within the Concrete/Construction Industry will be HIGHLY REGARDEDWhat we offer
