Account Manager – Queensland Company Overview: Austco Healthcare (AHC ASX) is a leading provider of Critical Care Communication Systems, proudly serving healthcare facilities across Australia and globally. With our recent launch of innovative products that enhance workflow management using our proprietary RTLS technology, we are poised for significant growth. Following a successful FY24 as well recent acquisitions, we are expanding our Queensland team and looking for a driven and experienced Sales Professional to join us.
Position Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our Queensland team, working collaboratively to deliver Austco's state-of-the-art products to healthcare projects across the region. You will engage with Key Decision Makers in Acute and Aged Care settings to position Austco's Critical Care Communication Systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategize and identify new sales opportunities.Promote Austco products in the market and assist in targeting potential clients.Partner with the Austco / Amentco teams to present integrated solutions for health facilities.Achieve annual sales targets through relationship building and strategic planning.Develop and nurture relationships with consulting engineers and key project influencers.Create and manage a comprehensive territory plan using Austco's CRM.Collaborate with the Product Development Team to influence the design of new products and features.Support Austco Partners in industry sales training initiatives.Contribute to building a high-performing team culture.Adhere to all Austco employment and safety policies.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in solution sales, preferably within the Nurse Call Industry or related fields.Proven track record in healthcare-related solution sales.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to work independently with a focus on accountability and meeting deadlines.Familiarity with technical hardware/software systems in healthcare environments is a plus.Location: This position is based in either our Brisbane or Toowoomba office.
