We are looking for a solution-driven person that fully understands and has solid experience of the complete sales cycle from planning, strategy, and implementation through to territory management.Key target markets/segments will include Commercial Cleaning, Hospitality/Accommodation, Mining, Manufacturing & Industrial, Education, HealthCare, Government (State/Local), and Service.This is an exciting opportunity which will require the right candidate to work autonomously in the field and achieve sales targets, to promote, maintain, and develop Central Cleaning's business to key customers across multiple segment verticals to ensure sales and margin objectives are being achieved.Key Selection Criteria:Identifying, developing, and delivering on new business opportunities within the area of responsibility, ensuring market awareness and presence is established, making first contact with potential clients and partners where appropriate across the vertical of Central Cleaning Supplies Services and Product Range.You can manage your time productively in researching, growing, and maintaining the ongoing creation of business strategies to facilitate company growth including the company's product range.Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Actively and successfully managing all new business and account management sales processes - end to end and creating long-lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and networking.Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers and monitor competitor and general market activities and identify opportunities for Central Cleaning Supplies services and products.Works with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals, as set by senior management.Evaluates appropriate information to forecast the return on future business transactions.Responsible for ensuring sales budgets are adhered to and ROI is ascertained on all sales spend.Effectively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage escalations in a professional and timely manner.Contribute to the development of client retention strategies and initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.About You:Proven track record in Business Development/Account Management and solution selling (industry preferred but not essential).Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably in a related industry.Equipment and product sales experience in industrial and commercial applications.Experience in solution selling in medium-long sales cycles.Demonstrated ability to handle challenging client situations with diplomacy and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new strategies.A customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Good driving record and valid driver's license (required).You will be rewarded with a great salary package inclusive of company vehicle, mobile, and laptop in addition to great incentives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
