Reporting to the Team Leader – Education NSW/ACT, this role will have you working as part of our committed specialist team to manage a portfolio of Primary and Secondary schools across Canberra which is a fast growing segment in Education. Leveraging off our reputation as an innovative industry leader, you will be supported by various internal resources to contribute to our continued growth and ongoing success. Key responsibilities include:Retention of existing customer baseIdentify, manage, and develop multi-level client relationships and grow existing accounts with cross category extensionsDevelop new business with non-spending schools within your portfolioActively seek Back to School opportunities within the assigned portfolioCreate and conduct consumer presentations and needs analysis as requiredWork collaboratively with all areas of the business to achieve targets More about you As an ambassador for our brand, you will have excellent communication skills and strive to deliver an outstanding experience to our customer base with every interaction. You will have a high level of commercial acumen, possess excellent presentation skills and above all a passion to succeed in achieving your goals. You will be able to demonstrate your proven ability to close business and engage with stakeholders and key decision makers. Ideally you will have experience working with the Education sector, however if you have a solid sales background with a passion for business development, we would love to hear from you.
