About the role Due to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from our local Cairns clients we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager Cairns.
The role of Account Manager is essential within our recruitment business, providing ongoing support to our established and long-term clients, as well as building relationships with new ones.
It can be fast-paced and high volume requiring the ability to be agile whilst delivering quality in all areas of service.
But we have your back, you will be supported to thrive, with mentoring and training to ensure you are successful.
This is a work from home arrangement.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing skilled blue-collar candidates.
The rest of your time will be spent out on the road seeing our current clients daily.
Your responsibilities will include: Visit local clients Remain motivated while working autonomously (as part of wider team) Develop strong working relationships with candidates locally in Blue Collar clients All aspects of recruitment from sourcing, screening to placement Assess potential candidates, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and aspirations to ensure a perfect match to present to client Ensure recruitment process compliance Develop market intel on candidate sentiment and drivers for candidate attraction What you bring Your experience working in a similar recruitment and/or customer service role will provide a solid foundation for your success.
You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
